We’ve made our returns process really simple:

If the item is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item please get in touch with one of our friendly customer service. We will endeavour to resolve your return within 30 days.


If the item is unsuitable* just follow the 3 simple step below:

Download a returns form and fill in all appropriate fields. Click here to download a returns form

STEP 2

Send the items back to us. It’s best that you send your goods back via a Recorded service as we cannot accept liability for anything which is lost in the post on it’s way back to us.

STEP 3

Sit back and wait, we’ll do the rest!


We can only refund or exchange items which are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
