We’re sorry to hear this! Please take a photo showing what is damaged/incomplete and email it to us, along with your order number. As soon as we have received a photo we will be able to organise a refund or replacement.

If you have made an account you can check by clicking on my orders in your account screen. It is always worth checking your junk folder in case your confirmation email is in there. If you have not made an account please contact us.

If you order before 1pm (Monday – Friday) we aim to dispatch your order the same day. All other orders will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
By logging into your account, you can see the status of your order. If it has been dispatched, you can track your order through your account. If you can not find the status of the order, then please get in touch and we will be able top help you.
