COVID-19 Extended Returns Policy
Please note that our usual 30 Day Returns Policy has been extended during this period, to reduce any non essential trips. Any orders during this period can be returned up unto the 30th May.
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a ’30 Day Returns Policy’ so you can send any unwanted items back to us (within 30 days of the delivery date) and without any queries we will refund the cost of your items.
We’ve made our returns process really simple:
If the item is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item please get in touch with one of our friendly customer service team.
If the item is unsuitable* just follow the 3 simple step below:

Send the items back to us. It’s best that you send your goods back via a Recorded service as we cannot accept liability for anything which is lost in the post on it’s way back to us.
Sit back and wait, we’ll do the rest!
We can only refund or exchange items which are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
